NAS Filtration Unit
NAS (National Aerospace Standard) is a filtration standard that serves to identify the amount of contaminants in a fluid relative to particle size and particle count.
Tefsco NAS Units are custom designed of Marine Grade Aluminum. The Off Shore units are Certified to the applicable sections of DNVGL-ST-E271 2.7-1 and DNVGLST-E273 2.7-3 and are Powder-Coated with the customers company colors. These units are suitable for both Oil Base and Water Base fluids. Tefsco triple filtration process provides repeatable NAS 4 Fluid Cleanliness in adherence to NAS 1638 or ISO 11171 for Automatic Particle Counters.
Chemical Injection Pump
Another Custom Designed and Manufactured Tefsco product is a Helicopter Portable Two Piece Chemical Injection Pump. The Skids are made of aluminum and are Certified to DNVGL-ST-E273 2.7-3. The Zone II Rated engine package drives a Rexroth Closed Loop Hydraulic System. The Pump Skid has a 750 Liter Polypropylene Chemical Resistant Tank feeding a Triplex Pump. All Welded 1 inch steel discharge piping is rated at 2,000 PSI. A Pump Stroke Counter system is available.
Filter and Pressure Test Cart
Designed for Shop Use, these Carts are easy to roll around and set-up. The units can be supplied to provide test pressures to 20,000 PSI. The carts can also be equipped with a filter system providing NAS Filtration. Fluid can either be stored in an 8 gallon tank on the cart or can be drawn from remote tote tanks through a manifold system. Adjustable Regulators and Pressure gauges provide complete control and monitoring. Recording outlets are provided.
Metering Pump with Gauged Return
Designed and Manufactured to meet the specific needs of a customer, this DNV Certified dual pump system provides regulated pressure flow to individual ports of a four section downhole tool. Return fluid from the actuated areas can be measured in either a 100 ML or a 2,000 ML Graduated Cylinder. Air Powered dual pump system provides a maximum 20,000 PSI system pressure. Fluid is stored in a 10 Gallon Reservoir Stainless Steel Reservoir
Automated Test, Flush and Fill System
Designed for use in a production facility, this fully automated system is capable of pressure testing 10 - ¼ inch lines of capillary tubing simultaneously to 20,000 PSI. Two 3/8 or ½ inch lines can also be tested simultaneously to 25,000 PSI. Once successfully pressure tested, the 10 lines can be simultaneously filtered to a NAS 4. Flow rate and pressure in each line is individually adjustable from 0.4 to 4.5 GPM at a maximum of 10,000 PSI. A data system records the Pressure Test Chart and the Total Flow Time of each line. The lines can be individual connected to an Automatic Particle Monitor in order to provide a quick reference point.
