Our pneumatic well control panels are designed to control a pneumatic Master SSV, Wing SSV, and to hydraulically control the SCSSV. Timing logic is integrated to close the valves in accordance with regulations. ESD functionality is provided by means of a "Push to Charge" system that will provide supply pressure to the ESD and TSE loops. The standard system includes a hydraulic reservoir and pump for the hydraulic functions.

The electronic well control panels designed by TEFSCO provide for a fully automated well control package that can be standalone or integrated into an existing SCADA or DCS system. This package comes standard with Class 1 Division 2 rated electronics to include PLC, HMI, panel operators, and end-devices. This package includes electrically controlled choke actuators that allow for flow control and remote restart of the well in the event of a shut-in.
TEFSCO also designs hybrid Electro-Pneumatic/Hydraulic well control panels. The hybrid version is based on the pneumatic or hydraulic well control panel with electrical switches, solenoids, and transducers to integrate with an existing SCADA or DCS system.
Similar in operation to our Pneumatic Well Control Panels, our hydraulic version provides hydraulic pressure to operate hydraulic-type SSVs. These packages are often modular in nature with the ability to add additional well modules after commissioning

Our electrical control panel development includes point to point verification of all wiring, functional testing, and includes 'as-built' drawings. Prior to completion, TEFSCO supplies detailed bills of material for each control panel, completed internal testing documents, and approvals as requested by the client (CSA, UL, cUL). After completion and prior to delivering the control panels to our client’s facilities, we provide factory acceptance testing of the completed project to ensure its successful operation.
